Any water drips from above door in rain?

One of the many reasons I'm considering selling my S2000 for a BRZ is that this drives me nuts with my S2000. If it's raining out and I pull up to a drive-through, when I roll down the window to order, water drips in on my knee from the front corner of the weatherstripping. I put the window back up, then more water when I put it back down to receive my food. Then I get to work and open the door to get out - more drips. I get to work looking like I spilled a drink on my leg.

Since the BRZ has frameless windows too, I'm guessing it also has a drip point like that, but I can't tell from all the photos online how it might line up with the left leg position in the seat. Anyone have this problem in this car?

Thanks

I haven't noticed anything like that. I go through a touchless carwash about once a week here, and i've never noticed any drips along the windows.

Not really... Happened to me more often in my Civic than my BRZ.

That happened on my convertible, too. Should not happen with a coupe.

Happened to be with the BRZ, and the JDM window visors solved the problem for me. No more rain water in the cabin carpet!

P.S. This is a very common thing with vehicles that have frameless windows. (Ex. MR-S)

Some water comes in for me when it is rainging and the window is down. I stash a sham wow (thin towel) in the map pocket on the back on the passenger seat to wipe up quick.

Sweet, thanks for everyone's input. Sounds like everyone's saying it falls on the carpet, not on your leg, which I am fine with.

Falling onto the carpet isn't good either... Worst case scenario is that it will accumulate (especially if you park outside) and dampen the carpet creating moisture...
Moist meaning rust... Of course, over the years.

Get those All-weather rubber mats and window visors! (If you are paranoid like me)

Either custom made or you can get the Michelin Extreme floor mats. I have the set and they fit quite nicely in the front.

For the rear, you would need to rotate it vertically to fit them in between the front seat rails...
