please add me to the GB list!
I'm yet another aussie, but I'll save on postage by getting my sister to bring them back with her when she's done visiting the states!
2 questions:
1) any rattling from the brackets against the hood? or anywhere in fact?
2) do you think these will get pass through non-carry on luggage for an international flight? (they wont explode?)

cheers guys!

I weighed the total kit including the hardware as a couple of people were interested, and the total weight of the kit was just over 3lbs.

Thanks Foobar, and exactly, we most certainly are not GReddy. There is a thread in this forum asking the differences between ours and the greddy design. Also, in this thread that is discussed as well, some good info and pictures.

You're in. Looks like shipping will probably be $40-45 USD according to Sierra a handful of posts above you.

Excellent, I've just added you.

1.) Nope, no rattling. I used our Faro arm to make a 3d model of the underside of the hood, then designed our part to fit it perfectly. Next, I modified that design to defend against rattles, scratches, and dents by changing some of the angles and then adding a rubber bumper to each bracket where the hood makes contact.

2.) I'm not expert in international flight unfortunately, so you might have to call ahead and ask. However, they are high pressure canisters filled with nitrogen. I don't know what the rules are when it comes to having pressurized cylinders on a flight these days though... I would just give them a call and see if its possible.

Thanks folks, and keep it comin! Buy yourself something nice with that extra holiday cash, your car deserves it.

We are all on the list, is there any estimated launch? Seems like we have been dangling here for a while with no timeframe at all. I am about to go buy another set.

Mentioned in a previous reply... Worth the wait.

We started this thread about a month ago and added you to the list 3 business days ago. We're working as quickly as we can over here and are still on track to meet our stated timeframe, which is to be shipping your kits in January! Our custom gas springs are being manufactured right now and are the only thing we're waiting on. If you absolutely need something immediately, you might be better off selecting another set.
