DIY wired angel eyes to on/off with ignition

Hey guys sorry I took WAY too long to get this posted. I don't like having to turn the angel eyes on and off with the parking lights and all that so I wired them in to come on and off with the ignition. As everyone knows there is a 12V source in the glove box. This comes on with the ignition so I tapped this wire for the angel eyes. You will need to but some extra electrical wire that u can get at any home improvement store or radio shack. Once the angel eyes are installed into the headlight housing you want to run the wire along the side of the engine bay and to the large rubber grommet on the passenger side. This is where it get a little tricky. You can remove the grommet undo the electrical take and run the wire through the grommet with the rest of the electrical wiring. Be sure to rewrap the wires with electrical tape once you have fed this wire through it. Now tap the 12V source with a wires using a t-tap. These wires can be hard to reach so I removed the glovebox and the side panel to have more room to work. Once you are tap it reinstall everything and DONE. Turn on your car any enjoy having halos that don't have to be manually turned on and off.

These are the new LED from the retrofit source. These are 90mm, you can also use 80mm I believe from other posts on here.

Just to let you know, I did the same thing, there is a 12v ign switched wire in the fuse box loom. (red with blue stripe). It also supplies the alternator with ign power.

The 80mm fits better on the bezel. Just run the wire out through the vent cap and splice it into the parking light, this way the AE always lights up with the parking light. Easy as pie.

If you go to the back of the fuse box you can cut the tape around the entry to the fuse box around the main loom. You can find the wire in that loom, I tapped it there and ran the new wire out the side of the side of the fuse box where all the other headlight power comes from. Pretty simple really.
