The fact that I do that while still being low and having low offset wheels just shows that you really don't know what you're talking about.

Not defensive/bashing? Not acting immature?

You are right - everyone is entitled to their own opinions. But if you want a positive response, then there is no need to resort to that ^^

Sorry for getting , feel free to continue doing what you're doing, and getting the same responses you've been getting. At the very least, it'll be entertaining, at least until they lock the thread.

More competition teams use rota than you can imagine... the cars are being driven so hard that ANY wheel will bend or break eventually but its a lot less costly to replace $200 than $600 each time it happens. This was talked about years ago, catch up.

Critical failing comes from ricers and 'street drifters' that bust up the cars then blame any product they can. I can show you work failures, rays, hre, bbs, you name it... if you abuse a rim it will break.
Stance is an American company regardless of where the factory is. Rotas are copied, tested, and built in the phillipines.

I know lots of competition teams use rotas, just like lots of competition teams use Stance or any company for that matter.

Critical failing can come from anything, I've seen rotas break from pot holes, very light curb taps. You know, real world circumstances where the quality of the wheel really matters.

Resort to what? Expressing an opinion?

Sleepers and drag racing are lame. That's an opinion.

Dude said "because racecar"... My opinion is that that's some gay shit that ricers and high school kids say.

Other guy was acting like a child, called him out on it... Talking about racing me this, racing me that... Who cares about racing? I sure as shit don't.

Everything I said was warranted by the comments they were in response to.

No you haven't and yes I am calling you a liar. They survive real track days for seasons.

Test a stance damper, you would cry. I dont even think they are rebuildable

Yes I have, it even has big sidewall tires.

How would I test a Stance damper? By daily-driving on shitty Chicago roads and going to many track days for years without issue? OK.

Its called a shock dyno, Im not surprised you havent heard of it.

Anyone who has seen wheel failures knows that wheel hit something pretty good, doesnt matter who made the thing.... poor tire fitment didn't help.

Oh yeah, I'll just go grab my shock dyno that's laying in my garage and see how it fares... Really?

It hit a ramped curb at about 5-10 mph. It's at a local drift spot, I've seen several people hit the curb there, thats the first broken wheel I saw there, most people end up hopping up the curb when they fuck up and still make it home

And yes, blame it on wheel fitment not shitty wheels, everyone else with stock or decent quality wheels has just been lucky.

The freaking lip is sticking out 2inches past the rubber on that tire, it was obviously the first thing that took the impact. Keep ignoring rota's quality, just wait till your works crack.

And no you wouldnt be able to dyno the shock in your garage, like a power dyno you would have to go to a professional... but I wouldnt waste your time it won't fair well regardless of how it rides. Dont feel bad though pretty much every sub $2k coils won't have much performance on an actual dyno.

2 inches? You're blind... Of course it was the first thing that took the impact, what does that have to do with anything? I've smashed a lot of wheels into things, Works, BBS, AME, Advan, worst that ever happened was a bend for a gigantic pothole that I got fixed, and some gnarley rash from hitting a curb at 30ish which you can see on the front wheel here.

I hadn't planned on wasting my time going to get my shock dyno, as I have no need to convince someone that's obviously blindly made up their mind of anything... Instead I'll just go on with my life.

This is my thread... Go be closed minded and believe only what you want to believe somewhere else... I was going 30ish, don't normally check my speedo when I'm street drifting, but it's an estimate... The wheel bounced off the curb and that is the result.

99% of the general public does illegal stuff on the roads. Even the soccermoms who are texting behind the wheel in their minivan.

I don't see soccermoms drifting on the streets, though. But, they'd probably do a better job than some
