Exact same thing just happened to us. The fix only lasted a few weeks and now back on.

It's possible as it could still be a "pending" code; but it depends on the dealer I think... If the CEL isn't lit when you are bringing it in, doubt they would do much.

Wow! Thats sounds too scary to me! Sounds like a bad grocery list. Yikes!! Im really scared now i just got my 2013 frs, and im starting to pay more attencion to every little noise, sound that comes out the engine. I dont even put the radio on just to listen for every noise. And noow look like my pasenger side air bag sensor is coming on for no aparent reason. Its driving me crazy! It keeps saying that is on, blinking and making beeping sound. Now im gonna have to call the dealer to see what they can do about this. Very scary! Thinking and hope thats that all it is!! Anyway good luck with yours man!

The problems discussed in this thread have pretty much been resolved by changes made on the production line (the last post in this thread before yours was more than half a year ago), so no need to worry about them.

I have heard from several members on here that the passenger airbag sensor is extremely sensitive and a bit glitchy, but most don't appear to concerned about it.

@danthedirt was your issue resolved with an ecu reflash/replacement or was this a mechanical issue for you?

I'm trying to diagnose it.

Gentleman, i'm new to the site and new to a 2013 FRS. I appreciate all this info that is presented on this thread (forum in general).

My car has a build date a 1/2013, should i be concerned of any of these symptoms mentioned in this thread? Or should this have been already fixed on the production line by this time.

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, i only have the cricket sound right now. Have it scheduled for a replacement fuel pump, but from what the tech had told me the new one still makes noise after a while. Also, that the manufacturer is still looking into this issue.
