Wheeldude has two setups.

One staggered. 18x8.5 +44/18x9.5 +38 with 225/40/18 Front and 255/35/18 Rear
http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16185

They also have a square setup running 19x9.5 +35. Not sure on the tire sizes.

the original te37 specs made for the 86/BRZ is 18x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +40 tires 225/40 and 245/35

you want to be as close to those specs to get that flush look

18x9.5, offset +45

Will it fit on the rear? I plan on using 245/35 tires but will 255/35 also work?

18x7.5 offset +45 with 225/40 going on the front, should be no problems there

Question Will 225/55/16 Fit on the BRZ?

Sorry for the newb question, I tried searching but still not sure if this setup will work and was looking for help. I'm looking for a winter setup and I found this available and wanted to know if it would fit or if I would have any rubbing issues?

16x7 rims and tire size 225/55/16

I'm not really planning to drive the car in heavy snow and I know wider is worse for the snow and I am only replacing the tires because the temps are low for the summer tires. I'll definitely go with this setup if the fit will work, so please let me know what people think. (I know the speedo wll be off and I'm ok with that, I just want to make sure they will fit).

Thanks

I don't see why not. I know that 205/55/16 and 215/50/17 will work just fine. I can't see the extra millimeters of tire rubbing when people are cramming 18x9/10 under the fenders.

Anyone comment on if this will fitment?

Both will work fine. To the last poster, 9.5 +45 is close on the inside rear. Tire selection/size is your choice. Grab a calculator and measure.

Would be a close one. That's a pretty tall tire at 25.7"
Stock tire is 24.6"

I think someone on the forum has done it with their snow tires but I can't find the thread (stock ride height).

Only other option with this wheel is to match the front's 7.5 width. I think the rim will look sweet on the Hot Lava I just ordered, even sweeter with fat rims and rubbers on the rear.

I don't care too much about street handling. The car will be used mostly as a daily driver commuter. I will keep the stock rims and fit some really sticky rubber to them for autocross events.

It's available in 8.5" too for the front, shouldn't have any fitment issues.

Oh crap, I didn't even notice the other option so 8.5" it will be. Even better. I may just go with 18x8.5 all around with 245/35 tires. I could then rotate them as necessary.

It wouldn't be on the stock rims, but on 1 inch smaller 16'' rims... I think it should fit and won't rub.
