If you like them, go ahead. They're lighter than stock, Enkei is good quality, and they're a good price. I'm not really seeing a downside...

Yep I'm leaning towards the EV5s myself, as other wheels I like are just way too expensive for the wallet at the moment lol.

I know we are talking more $, especially due to tires but...
I'd keep the stock wheels and tires and get the Enkeis 1.5" wider with wider stickier rubber. Now you can swap as you wish and have a nice track day set. I have a Raven FR-S with the full 5:AD set as well. This pic shows me what if... I will resist lowering the vehicle as the stock suspension works great and I dont want to mess with geometry/wheel travel. Gotta try and ignore wheel gap. Form to achieve function...
