Enkei Performance EV5

I dont have my FR-S (yet) but I was thinking about the Enkei EV5 wheels. Wondering if anyone already has them on their fr-s (do post pics if you do).

For my ashphalt FR-S, I was looking at the 17x7 +38 all around in either Bronze or Hyper Black.

Thought opinions appreciated

As a frame of reference, here you have an idea of what they look like on a car that shares similar body lines to the FRS/BRZ:

I am glad you showed this...not sure if I like them anymore. Thanks for saving me some future headache.

I've always liked the look of these wheels off the vehicle-- they tend to look "off" when installed.

how much are they? IMHO, you should go for it. You can make any rims work if you know how.

They are for $148/each. I hear you that they would probably look better with a 1" drop but there is "something" not right about the wheels. Normally, its either a hit or a miss. i was on the fence with these. I also like the Enkei RPF1 and RP03. I know I will def. keep the same wheel size as stock 17', but wider like 17x8 or 17x8.5.

I keep coming back to these rims - they look nice by themselves, but not sure I like how they look ON a car. Really want TE37's, but don't want to spend $$. As it is, with a set of decent new summer tires these Enkei's shipped to my door are $1,400.

I have these on my camry -- they look better on a 4door than a coupe
