They appear to have the two bolt patterns 5x100/5x114.3. Far as I can tell they have a +38 offset and some other stat, CH, of 73. They appear to be 16x7 size rims. So will these fit? You had said earlier that they would be a bit over an inch taller than the stock tires, what kind of effect should I expect? Would it be better to go with 205/55R16? And just to review, the tires on the rims are 205/60R16. |

Wheels should fit, 73 is a common center bore and may need hub rings but they are cheap. If you have 205/60r16 I would try them and see.

I was thinking about buying the legacy gt mesh wheels from 99 for my winter wheels. Do we know if they would work? The stock 86 wheels outside of the us are 16x6.5 with an offset around +48 I believe, and the legacy wheels are 16x6.5 with a +55 offset.

But 245/40 is no problem at all on 17x8 (Star Specs fit perfectly when I had them in that size). 8.5 or 9 inch wide wheels should accomodate much wider tires. If you don't plan to go really wide with tires, a narrower wheel would work, might be cheaper and would probably weigh less as well. 225/40 sounds narrow for that wide of a wheel. Your rim might be sticking out a bit from the tire (easier to damage it if you accidentally brush up against a curb).

New member here; I'm planning on buying an frs/brz (not sure yet),
and I'd like to purchase a set of used rims. Since I'm a noobie, (: I was wondring if the frs/brz bolt patterns were the same? and would vs-xx(18x9.5+24 ; 18x10.5+20) fit? thank you |

Yes, same p.c.d. Your wheel sizes will fit as far as inner clearance goes, but you'll be outside the guards considerably. Front extend 56mm over oe spec. Rear extend 72mm over oe spec. ie: that's a lot of wheel width. Widebody application, sure. Stock fenders? You'll be adding a lot of negative camber to get that inside the fender.. Not my business, but why do you want to run such wide wheels? Planning on 245-265mm front tire width or 275-305mm rears?? Planning on putting down major power? (turbo)

I can't see those works being 5x100 unless they are dual drilled that's a 350z/S14 fitment.

Question about these since I don't know anything about wheel fitments..
Hi everyone,
I am currently looking at these wheels http://www.xxrwheels.com/xxr_522_16.shtml# XXR 522 in chromium black, my friend gave me some fitments but I`m not 100% on them so I was wondering if everyone could help me out! ![]() The fitments he gave me were 18x8.5 +36 front on 225/40/18 18x9.5 +40 rear 245/35/18 I would love for my wheels to be flush with the fenders! If anyone knows please let me know! Thanks! |

Use the charts, look at pics, and see other members wheel ratios with their setups. Edit: Looks like your wheels should fit pretty flush according to DarrenDrivens sources. |
