8800 rpm is still a lot, especially with the boost they are running, its not the fact that its revving to 8800 rpms, but how fast its actually getting there, i could only imagine the amount of g forces the pistons are going through at 8800 rpms, and also the amount of g forces generated getting the engine there as fast as it does, its only a matter of time before something blows up. i personally dont need to see the engine go any further, from what ive seen, im very happy with the build quality of the engine, any more hp pushed on the stock block, its just bragging rights i can tell my friends, because i wouldnt dd 500 whp from a 2L anyday. I would dd a 500 whp v10 though, response it everything in my world
