I have no trouble with the shift pattern. I do think the car would be better served by a 5 speed manual instead of a 6. As it is now, 1st is very short.

That has nothing to do with it being a 6 speed and everything to do with the ratios they chose. They could have easily made all 6 taller or shorter or change any of the singular ratios around if they had wanted to all while keeping it a 6 speed.

I would have loved to have 1-5 approximately the same as the close ratio works well with the powerband of the car but fitted it with a highway cruising centered 6th gear to get higher MPG's. How often are you going to use 6th on most road courses with 200hp?

Thanks for everyone's input, I've had some laughs at that video too . I definitely agree more practice is in order, but still struggling with the heel toe vs my old car. My wider pedal gets here Tuesday, hopefully that will help.
