I have no trouble with the shift pattern. I do think the car would be better served by a 5 speed manual instead of a 6. As it is now, 1st is very short.

That has nothing to do with it being a 6 speed and everything to do with the ratios they chose. They could have easily made all 6 taller or shorter or change any of the singular ratios around if they had wanted to all while keeping it a 6 speed.

I would have loved to have 1-5 approximately the same as the close ratio works well with the powerband of the car but fitted it with a highway cruising centered 6th gear to get higher MPG's. How often are you going to use 6th on most road courses with 200hp?

Thats why I wish all cars were that way, thenpeople would be confused driving what we consider normal

Thanks for everyone's input, I've had some laughs at that video too

. I definitely agree more practice is in order, but still struggling with the heel toe vs my old car. My wider pedal gets here Tuesday, hopefully that will help.
