Pic request...17x8 +35....

Alright guys, want to see the TSW Nurburgring and Enkie RPF1 in 17x8 +35 on the FRS/BRZ. Have seen the +45s but would love to see them in the slightly more aggressive offset. Bonus points if you have the wheels in black mounted on a whiteout/swp car....

If I missed pics somewhere pls point them out, searched a bit and didn't see any in this size.

There is a blue 86 running bronze 17x8 +35 ones on 235/45 tires. Check the wheel directory.

Just browsed the wheel directory again and didn't see either the RPF1 or TSW in that 17x7 +35 fitment. Have a link by any chance? That is the tire size I was considering too, so that's exactly what I was hoping to see...

I think the blue one was in one of the TSW threads in the vendor classifieds, it may not be there anymore after all the threads got locked but worth a try.

I have looked all over and haven't been able to find any pics of wheels in this size/offset. You would think they would be popular as the compromise between form function from a wheel perspective.

I agree. I have Regamasters coming in 17x8 +35. Undecided on tyre, will either be 215/40 or 235/40.

Anyway, this is close enough..... 17x8 + 38. (So 17x8 +35 will stick out 3mm MORE than these pics, but as if you will notice 3mm)

Stock height

Exact same car and wheels, but with lowered suspension.... (2.5" drop)

Too much drop IMO, 1" would be better, and this is what I will do.

But I definitely think 17x8 +35 is the best size for this car.

I have the Enkei PF01 in that size and offset. I'll try to get some real pictures tomorrow. Here are some cell phone pics.

Yeah, definitely would be better with a 1" drop. Pls post pics when you get your regamasters. Still looking for the RPF1s in this fitment too...wondering if the spokes will be concave at all.

RPF1's in 8" width don't look nearly as good as the 9's. It's like the spoke is convex instead of concave.

That's what I'm afraid of, was hoping for a flat spoke vs a convex one.
