Just bought a brand new set today from kal Tire. I got hakki 7 studded on 16inch black alloy.

I have high hopes for the hakki 7s they are suposse to be amazing.

195 55 r16 on a 16x7 rim +40 offset should be fine right?

Total all in price 1500 :-(

I dropped the money on the Hankook I’Pike W409 studded, but I flipped and went 1 size up for ground clearance (215/50-17) on the stock wheels. Then in the spring I'll get some new alloys.

Ya I'm getting these too.
I think $700 is the cheapest I found (all in, tax, alignment, etc.)

Damn! My old car has 15" steelies...heart breaking that they wont fit! I have a set of 16" v6 mustang rims with winter tires..I should check their bolt pattern. Also have some Sienna 16" rims laying around with winter tires...doubt those will fit either.

UGH expense...

or i just drive my corolla this winter and save my FR-S.

7% is too much. It will impact the REVs per KM and the speedometer.

Hope it helps.

SimplyTire has their group buy on now for those of you near the GTA. I got a set of the 205/55/16 Hankook iPike w409 for under $600 tax incl. Steelies are about $200 more.

Any links for this? I mean, I can google the website, but is there a thread somewhere?
