Yeah I was curious about the inside because my car sits outside and near trees and I would love to put a cover on it. Some times of the year I end up with sap potentially and during the best of times a bunch of bird crap.

I bought this also...

I just bought this cover from Subaruolineparts.com for around $100. I questioned the part considering it is so thin and had no backing or padding. Seems like a indoor cover to me and the lack of backing or any padding bothers me. If there was a backing pad to the cover I would be confident but the fact that it doesn't seem like something's wrong. Just my perception.

Yeah I was a little surprised it didn't have some kind of softer lining but that would probably just collect dirt and material which would end up scratching the car. It does fit well and thus far I haven't really notice it leaving any scratches.

Thanks for your response. Good to know it isn't scratching the car. Maybe I will give it a chance.

OK I've had the cover for going on a week now.

WHAT I'VE NOTICED:
-Fits nicely, enough so that you have to do it in a proper sequence or it won't slip over the rear bumper
-No scratches, although its only been a week and I always make sure to have the car very clean.
-Although its not required to remove the factory antenna, if you don't it'll gradually make it bent so I find its easier to just take it off each time.

Negative: The cover is weatherproof EXCEPT FOR THE SEAMS. When there is heavy dew in the morning and I take the cover off there are tiny little dew spots where the seams were. Now they rub right off, no issue... but could pose an issue is someone was going to store it long-term outside.

*Will try to get detailed pix soon*

Since you're in GR, if you'd like to see the cover I'd be happy to show you

I use it outdoor, not sure if it'd damage the paint overtime cause by rain/moisture. Rain does go though those lining and leave a mark all around the car! Had to use finger to rub it real hard to get rid of them...

I'm kind of interested in this cover as well. Is there any scratches or anything thus far?
