Does canada even get the "asphalt" coloured BRZ? it looks amazing.

Regina's subaru is apparently getting a white one in that is uncalled for. Want to fly over and drive it back home? haha

I got that same update from my dealer last Wednesday (Sept 12). Today is day 75 without an ETA (8 days since that call).

Once it lands they can enter it in the system and we'll get an ETA, as I understand it.

Depends what colour/transmission you ordered, and what the dealer gets allotted. You could wait days, weeks, or months.

Each dealership gets an allottment each month of cars (1-5 cars per month). If 1 of those cars is Raven, and noone ordered a Raven infront of you, guess what ... It's yours!

I ordered mid June, and expected delivery is mid October. Scion sold out of cars. They are now manufacturing on order, which means it'll be a while. Shop around, find out when each dealer is getting their allottment of cars, and see how many people are infront of you. That will give you an idea of how long to wait. Anywhere from 1 week to 1 year.

Just received a email from National Toyota/Scion Canada that they will have additional production for FR-S in November! And should see more FR-S in December. If you already order it that means the wait time is shorter, but if you hesitate to order due to long wait time. Please PM me see what I can do for you. This additional production only for Canada only!

I'm not really understanding that.

As far as I was told, my dealer already got the allocation for my order, then put my order in with that allocation. It's on a boat on its way to Vancouver, I was told.

I got a call from my salesperson today. He called to verify what colour I wanted. I'd already told him that once before when he called, and it's on the paperwork, plus in email with his brand manager. I swear he's just trolling me now. It's pretty frustrating. 11 weeks with no actual information.
