Damn, I had a very similar (nearly identical) accident happen to me when I had a honda. I didn't get any black eyes, cuts, or bruises but my car was totaled by this woman's (dumbass) suv. And she tried to blame me for it, haha, but the cop told her otherwise it was indeed her fault.

Too bad this happened to you right when you get a new car. At least you're alright and can look forward to fixing or buying a new FRS.

Ugh, that totally sucks. Stay positive! Now you can get the insurance to cover the cost of a Toyota 86 airbag/horn assembly. If the headlights are broken, get 86 headlights, too! And if anyone asks, you definitely had fog lights installed. Make the stupid lady pay!

This is a brand new car don't take the easy way out with it just being "cosmetic." You don't know if the frame suffered any damage or other serious problems you can't see. The insurance company is going to try to get out with paying as little as possible, don't just roll over and take it.

Honestly, I wouldn't want the car back. That is a pretty hard hit and I'm sure some frame damage was done. Try and get a new replacement even if you have to wait a while. Reason being the value of this car is always going to be lower than if you hadn't gotten in the accident, and a wrecked and fixed car will always be a wrecked car.

That sucks! Glad you're ok though. Hope you get everything settled with that other girls insurance.

So when's your trial for murder? It always seems to work out that someone driving an old POS hits or damages your newer / nicer vehicle. I hope this is resolved quickly and properly.

Hahahahahaha!!!

But the car is all good. The Toyota dealership checked the frame to the factory measurements and all was well. Working with the body shop on getting the Toyota airbag cover and emblem for the front. We shall see how it goes. Should get the car back by October 11th thank goodness.
