Had SRT done a better job of filming their own videos, I would've jumped on the group buy as well. Damn. Thanks for the video subaruwrxfan.

I am fling to newyork at the end of the week and will kick on to Washington and I am going to SRT personally to get an exhaust or money back.

Maybe it's just me but all I really want is one to know that they are stil in business and that at some time my exhaust will be made and sent. I appreciate that they are busy and have had staffing issues. Just keep customers updated and I'm sure most people will understand, after all this is an excellent product with excellent quality. The last step is customer service.

If anyone has spoken to SRT or had any correspondence in the last three weeks can you let them know that some people here cannot get in touch with them.

Cheers
I too have been unable to get in contact with Mo about the status of my exhaust, which I paid for in full a month ago.

I will try giving him a call again.

I never really had issues getting ahold of them till lately!?!?!??!

EDIT: called and they answered!

Edit again, they are still awaiting the Larger resonators and should be in this week or early next week. According to Mo!
Mo has responded promptly to all of my PM inquiries so far. SRT's company motto is "Performance Without Compromise". I don't know what all the factors may be for the delay to get these exhausts rolled out in a timely fashion. Understandable that patience is wearing thin. I do know about the 6AT clearance issue and the larger resonator swap out which I even asked for on my cat back version. It's tempting to cancel my order as there are other exhausts becoming readily available on the market now but, from what I've seen on the internet regarding the "quality" of SRT's products - I don't mind waiting. I like the SRT design. Good stuff is worth waiting for. I'm glad SRT made this initial group buy of 30 header backs and 20 cat backs available to us. More than likely, this volume of orders was a bit more complicated for them to fulfill than originally anticipated from the manufacturing perspective! After all, these exhausts are custom made and handcrafted. Hopefully, we will hear some reassurances soon regarding them getting back on track.

I know you guys that are still waiting are probably pissed. I was in your shoes (and posted here about it), but after visiting SRT I saw two things that play a part in the delays.

1) They don't have many employees. I think I saw 5 or 6 total.
2) They have a lot of work.

From what I understand the resonators were on order and taking longer then expected to come in. When I was there, they had numerous rear sections built/being built on their jig.

I'm not trying to make excuses for them. I know its difficult to say be patient, but the exhaust is worth the wait.

I do not have the large resonator, and yet mine is still yet to be shipped or any sort of info. Please tell me that are still others in the US (including HI and AK) that haven't gotten more info on where their money went to?
