Same here, dealer printed an order sheet (which had the VON and all options etc), and stapled my deposit receipt to it.

Amy, the SoA rep I mentioned earlier, followed up with me as promised. She checked with the "appropriate parties" and she is confident that it will arrive before the end of Sept.

Its on the subaru website under contact, heres the number:

Customer Service: 1-800-SUBARU3 (1-800-782-2783)

press option 4 and than 4 again to get a rep

Called today with my VON. Ordered the 24th a limited wrb. There's still nothing in the system.

SWP Limited 6MT....EAD was 8/27, came in yesterday (9/3) but some careless idiot scraped the front bumper while parking it. Now the dealer is taking it to get fixed and it could be a couple more days. This is BS!

Have you guys followed up with your dealer to ensure the order has been entered properly? I'm not sure where/how the VON's are issued, I presume SoA's system issues the numbers sequentially to avoid duplicates... I placed my order on a Saturday and had my VON form/receipt handed to me within minutes. I called SoA two weeks later and verified it was in the system with the correct order date (I'll admit I'm not sure when SoA received the info, but I assume it was shortly after entry from the dealer).

Let me be more clear. They have my correct order just no eta or status

Received a call from SoA today - the rep wasn't confident the vehicle would be delivered on the latest ETA of 10/15. Will sit and wait for an update a week from today.

The customer service was great, but the news was not.

I placed my order for a WRBP Limited at the beginning of June and last week was told "not before November" by SOA. I got the impression their shipping team only knew about vehicles up til the end of October and everything else was November+

Did anyone else get this impression?

ordered 4/20 and SOA still says Nov/Dec delivery. no concrete ETA.
