BEWARE DRL TSB!

My car and several others are currently disabled due to this tsb.

Basically the new gateway ECU came in bugged, and locked the keys out of the car. They can't be programmed in until a new gateway comes in. the problem is there are none in north america.

I suspect that corporate found a bug, and recalled the bad ECU, leaving our cars stuck in the shop with no eta.

1586 off the top of my head. It might be 1786. I was the first batch off the boat and took delivery in may.

Thanks...

Actually I was in stop and go traffic. I only posted when I got to lights, and I knew where both of those posts were.

So, It's been 5 days since I took my car in to get the DRL TSB serviced, and my car hasn't left the dealer since. There is no eta on the new part, and therefore no eta on getting my car back.

Does anyone have information as far as contact numbers/people so I can start complaining to corporate?

Was the problem caused when they switched the ECU or when they tried to disable the DRL?

I believe it was when they tried to switch the ECU, but at this point I'm unsure. After requesting the updated ECU, they had gotten the part in within a day, however now they can't seem to find a new one after the last "new ECU" was faulty.

I've contacted Corporate to investigate the matter and escalate the issue because it's now the 6th day, and there are still no updates, and no ETA.
