Oh, and a tip for listening to these thumb drives with the stock stereo - If you press the "random" key once it plays through whichever folder you're current song is in randomly, but if you have a lot of different folders and you want it to play randomly through all of your music HOLD the "random" button (I think its the #5 button) until you hear a beep and a USB drive icon will show up on the display and it will play randomly through the entire USB stick.

![]() There is a real good article about Micro usb's here http://www.squidoo.com/mini-usb-drives The other day Half of my files disappeared, so I formatted the little bugger and decided to go with less sub folders, I update if it implodes. For 8.00 @ Wally World no big deal, just time.

well, i found a USB drive that the car does not see.

The issue I have with this setup is if you have several songs that are duplicated in multiple playlists, you're eating a lot of space up.
Would be nice if there was a simple open source way to create playlists out of a list of the same files. Then again I guess this is what owning an iPod is for. |

yes, I suggest sitting in the cabin with the header manual bc its a little weird .. it uses some weird and small symbols to display what settings/shuffle/etc its set to
