Red triangle on rear, fog light?

My car has fog lights and the rear red triangle lights up nicely when I turn it on.

I'm in Beirut , Lebanon so it might be Middle Eastern? or European version here.

There's a vendor on here actually selling a Rear Fog Light/ 3rd Brake light kit. He has 3 different kits actually. I'm looking at getting it the very near future.

Totally agree with you in terms of the LED, but I have seen F1 cars in the flesh and the rear lights do flash. They flash because it's proven the human eye reacts faster to a flashing light verses a solid one and it's required at the speeds they are doing.
