The Greddy kit won't be out for a few months. I called them.
The HKS kit is $1200 according to their site. A bit too much for an oil cooler in my opinion.... Also, I can't find any vendors that have one in the USA. |

I am going to make a kit for the BRZ . It should be pretty straight forward for those DIY guys using Mocal parts. I will take pictures and do a write up when I do.
Whats needed - 1. Mocal oil sandwhich plate w/ thermostat 10AN - about $190 2. Oil cooler of your choice - Setrab or Mocal 13 or 16 row - about $165 3. 10an hose + 4 10AN fittings 4. Some kind of metal mounting bracket. Mocal sells universal mounting brackets. Here is a link to all the kits and components http://97.74.32.155/files/coolkit.pdf |

Mishimoto makes two universal kits. I'm going to have a local shop take a look at my car Saturday to verify they see a way it could work well with the BRZ (reasonably easy mounting location, nothing out of the ordinary)

Mishimoto's radiators are pretty decent though. |

I am already running it on my car for nearly a week. Your Greddy dealer should be able. to order it. Alternatively, u can order it thru websites like rhdjapan.

I'm still waiting on my FR-S to show up, but if the car holds less than 5 qts of oil, I bet it would noticeably lower. The longer the oil lines, the bigger diameter they need to be to lessen oil pressure loss over the hose length. My road race car holds 12qts and a good part of a quart is in the -12AN oil cooler lines and cooler. -12AN are big lines though...

Can you provide a link? Can't find it on that site. I also called Greddy in So Cal and they said it was still under development.

Basic - http://www.trust-power.com/php/updat...10410112014631 - 12014631 With duct - http://www.trust-power.com/php/updat...20410112014632 - 12014632 Greddy has 2 part numbers for the oil cooler kit, one of which comes with the oil cooler duct. I went for the basic one as there is more than enough exposure for the oil cooler core after mounting. I notice that many people have been asking about the extra adaptor to raise the height due to the oil filter housing. From what I have seen, only Greddy has a part number for this part. Those interested to build their own kit should just get this adaptor as well as the thermostat sandwich plate which has the inlets/outlets for the oil cooler hose as well as sensors. If getting the Greddy oil cooler kit, everything is provided right down the the oil cooler core brackets, nuts, bolts, plastic hose etc. Cheers |

Is anyone planning on making a one-piece adapter plate? Not really a fan of the spacer+adapter design of the Greddy kit.
