Ravine,

I have the same issue, though mine was on the car when i picked it up - if you have followed my post, it was an interstate dealer. The dealer said they would get it fixed, but after taking it to two shops, the only option is a respray.

The dealer told me it came from the factory like that, but i bet they did it at the pump!

I am going to screw a discount out of the dealer

They are painted by Subaru which are pretty notorious for having paint that does not like to be touched.
