Thanks for the feedback. Old age has taken its toll on my back. I have Spondylolisthesis https://my.clevelandclinic.org/healt...ndylolisthesis Two discs are slipping. My neurosurgeon told me that only a double spinal fusion can maybe fix it. He gives it only a 50% chance of success and I would have a reduced range of motion and flexibility in my back after surgery. NOPE.
I'm going to PT, taking OTC pain killers, and wearing a back brace when working outdoors.
I'll try your suggestion too. For now the Amazon lumbar pillow seems to be working.
