Yes, and the catbacks is separated from the front pipe by a joint that allows a little movement.

How big of a hassle are the engine mounts to swap? I get a little contact between the OP and the subframe as well (only when accelerating hard and turning left, oddly). It'd be nice to eliminate that if possible, before I crack something.

Quite easy, you just need to jack up the car, support the engine and replace them one by one.

I was trying to find the exhaust hanger at local Subaru dealerships in the US and I found this part # 44066AJ000. It has a very similar design, I wonder if it would have a similar effect. Might be an alternative to ordering parts from Japan or Europe.

Did anyone tried to use some rubber washer between the L-bracket and the mouting point? I'm thinking, maybe, this will transmit less vibration to the chassis.

4 years or so later, I got off my ass and did 4 of the 5 mounts.

I wish I found the screenshots of the before waveform. The difference is pretty incredible. The booming drone at 3000rpm is all but gone and the rattles around 2000 rpm are more manageable. Time will tell but I’m pleasantly surprised.

Usdm trd exhaust from day one on a 2017.

Hi everyone,

Quick question!
Is the distance between holes less in the sti vs the stock! Not sure if we can use them on the 2022+ models but would like to test them on the GR performance exhaust. It might help to raise the low tips just a little .

just tried to order this genuine Subaru part (44066AJ010) from Amayama and have been advised that there is a new part number: 44066AJ011

I have got 5 of them on the way for AUD$72.05 including freight from Japan.

Yes! I got them from Blackhawk but was not able to get them installed. Weather is too cold.
Curious to see if it improves the little drone and the exhaust height. Was $25 for all five. Did not increase the shipping since I had other items ordered.

I fitted mine today using the new part number 44066AJ011 and can confirm that this does work as intended. It makes a noticeable difference to the in car drone. very happy with this mod.

That’s great to hear! Finished all of my other installs and will focus on this. Did you install all 5 at once or did you test the rear ones first?
Thanks

Finally, did the install and also confirm that it made a dramatic difference on the GR performance exhaust! Wish did it before .

Did you install all 5 hangers or just the 2 near bumper ? I just did 2 in the back end and I think that it helped a little bit with my Fujitsubo A-R so now I'm wondering if changing the rest of them might help even more.
