RaceCapture Mounting Location?

I'm just curious where those of you that have one of these is mounting the RaceCapture box?

I was thinking of putting it either in the center console near the rear or under it somehow. It would be great to know how others are doing it though.

TIA

I mounted my Racecapture Track/MK2 in the center cup holder area.

As long as it's mounted where it can be easily calibrated and won't shift, area doesn't matter

Not my idea (and not sure if he’s on here to tag) but I’ve got mine behind the drivers seat velcro to the floor carpet, obd2 cable runs along the transmission tunnel up to the port and gps runs back to the trunk for a metal surface to magnet to. For daily driving the obd2 cable gets tossed back behind the drivers seat and the box lives in the car 24/7. No noticeable degradation in g-force data to the naked eye vs center console mounting.

I velcroed mine under the passenger seat as close to the tunnel as I could

Mine is attached to the top of the center console, at the very back of it almost in the back seat. With scotch dual lock.
