Panel Removal for rear speakers?

Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear interior panels so I can replace those 3.5" speakers back there? I looked around the various threads and couldn't find anything that specifically gives a step-by-step on removing those particular panels.

I don't have a step by step nor do I remember exactly how I did it since it was almost 2 months ago, but it was very easy to get apart and back together. Just lightly pull on the panels and see what holds it together, I dont remember any screws im pretty sure its just a bunch of clips.

I don't know if it's absolutely necessary, but when I pulled mine I had the rear seats out as well. The seats are easy enough to remove:
1) fold down seat-back
2) loosen the bottom flap of carpet by pulling to the side to release the button clips
3) remove 12mm bolts from either side
4) remove seat back from vehicle
5) remove 10mm bolts from front of seat bottom
6) push down and back on back of seat bottom to release from hook on the frame... this is the hardest part of removing the seats.

After the seats are out the bottom of the side panel is much easier to access. Just pull out on the bottom and work around the edge to pop the clips out, then pull straight up at the window to remove.

Do they have to be replaced with the same size speakers? Going to do the same, wondering if I can go wth slightly bigger back speakers. thanks.

I saw someone here who had bigger speakers installed, using a panel of MDF behind the plastic panel...can't remember where I saw it.

I'm going to go with the 3.5" Infinity Kappa speakers, and install Earthquake SWS 6.5" Shallow-mount Subwoofers in the doors.

Well, I got the rear panel off and in so doing, two of the little white plastic trim fasteners that slide into the brackets on the back of the panel and snap into the holes in the metal came loose and flew off into the netherlands of the frame (e.g. the hollow area below the door sill, I think). Any ideas on how to fish those out of there?

I can get new ones easy enough at an auto parts store, but would rather not have them rattling around down there.

How do the Earthquake SWS 6.5" sound in the doors? What frequency are you crossing them over at? Did you put any sound deadening in the doors? Interested in doing the same, thanks in advance.

I know this is a really late reply to Sesmis, but if anyone else is having a problem with lost parts down a black hole: If you can hear them or know where they are but can't reach them, spray some foaming insulation like Great Stuff down the hole to just immobilize them in place.
