Maybe I will open my mind to spherical parts when I start upgrading the suspension. Thanks

In the grand scheme of things, the sphericals on the LCA's are not really a big deal as far as NVH. I didn't really notice them when my car is more stock and I think the subframe bushings do a good job absorbing a lot of the NVH aftermarket suspension components generate. I saw in your other thread you are going to the whiteline subframe inserts, which may cause them to generate more NVH, I dunno for sure. I am on solid subframe bushings along with a bunch of other parts so "NVH" may as well be my car's middle name.

Threads are 16x1.5m, kind of an oddball. Threaded shank is 61mm long and bore center to end of shanks is approx 90mm. Bore is for 12mm bolt and is just under 43mm thick. Mostly posting this for my own posterity when I try to find a spherical that will fit.

Another side note, these are like twice as heavy as the RacerX arms they are replacing.

![]() Side note; those are my "storage and offseason" tires. I do track the car but if those babies are still good they are kept warm inside the house in the offseason. Here's a pic: Last edited by RT-BRZ; 04-05-2023 at 01:33 PM. |
