Whiteline

While doing the whiteline trans mounts i notice this! what could have caused this? Also, what could be done to prevent this?

applying thread lock to the threads generally makes it harder for components to disassemble themselves.

imo this is a likely a defect, I'd contact whiteline.

You're not the first, or the last to have these fail in this way. They'll likely send you a new set, but I ended up going with the SPL units (https://www.counterspacegarage.com/s...s-brz-frs-gt86) after repeated failures on the WL units.

Very typical for the Whiteline rear endlinks to snap as yours did. You can contact them for a replacement, or just get SPL and never think about them again.

Yeah SPL it is then! I just ordered some but ill still contact whiteline so i can have a “spare” laying around

Check the underside to make sure the tip of the sway bar is not contacting the underside of the body.
