Just wanted *exactly* what I wanted, looks wise. I'll do a mid pipe eventually to try and make the STI muffler a little louder.

I'm trying to decide what I'm going to do with my Remark exhaust later this year. I like the looks, it's not loud enough outside the car, and as it's broken in the drone inside has calmed down, but not enough for my old ass.

Did you do the Remark mid pipe too?

Yeah, it's the full catback. But the resonator is pretty small compared to something like the resonator on the Tomei Titanium exhausts. I suspect that's why it's kind of droney.

Which is likely what I'll replace it with later this year. But I still need to get the full OEM Audio+ system in and the GR premium duckbill spoiler on top of the stock BRZ one, first, before I worry about changing out the exhaust.

I was wondering about adding the Remark midpipe to this muffler, haha. The muffler itself is so large that it should help kill off a lot of drone. As it sits now (after an autocross) the exhaust is louder but still quiet. I can barely hear it over the ASC, much like the CSG. It's definitely quieter outside the car than the CSG. Still no drone except for "warm idle" where it's a little boomy at 900 RPM. When it settles into hot idle it's silent.

Finally installed the softer clutch spring, which had been sitting on the bench for about a year. Lost the c-clip when re-installing, and bought 3 replacements (for a grand total of 98 cents) to ensure I wouldn't loose another. Of course with 2 spares on hand it popped right on. This weekend will be CP pads and endless fluid to hopefully get the brakes feeling more confident on track. Stoptech sport pads and redline 600 brake fluid were not exceptional on the short kart track where my local events are held. On the other hand, the 280 tw yokos were quite impressive (and fun).

Ferodo DS2500 pads, dba T3 4000 slotted rotors, fresh brake fluid, and redline 5w30. Getting the car ready for its first track day.
Also put on a fumoto valve for good measure.

You running the RRR events?

My gf and I were thinking of making the trip from Durango to hit one or two of those this season. I've only ran that track in karts... but the in-car videos I've seen look pretty fun.

Funny, I've only been on this track in cars (brz and miata) and not karts. Lots of fun for sure. Certainly lower speeds and shorter sessions then a normal road course track day, but flipside is risk is more similar to auto-x. Very laid back group. I'm hoping to get down to Durango this year to check out the mtb trails.

I didn't quite do this all today, but AP Racing Sprint Kit, Ohlins, SPL LCA's and toe links installed on my car. Just an amazing combination. The brakes feel so good and the suspension is just perfect now.

Looks great. Are those wheels 8.5 or 9" wide?

They are 8.5! I wanted to go with 9, but my car was stock at the time I got them and they wouldn't fit without modification. These should do fine though.

Track event this weekend. Was very happy with how the brakes felt compared to the prior event (CSG CP vs Stoptech sport, and Endless 650 vs redline 600). Now wanting for a bit more grip but need to decide what direction to go in. Will likely leave that for next season as my tires will not be worn down for quite awhile.

Bled the clutch too. Good bit of dark contaminant accumulation at the bottom of the reservoir for only 4k miles. Takes a good number of pumps even after a more then thorough bleed for the clutch to start feeling normal. Wonder if anyone's tried the slave cyl mod on the 2nd gen.
