It tastes much better than it sounds.

If I could do that, weight management wouldn't really be a thing for me, besides the fact I wouldn't eat B&J ice cream if it was zero calories and gave me the power of flight.

Almost all those low calorie ice creams like halo top, enlightening, or arctic zero I feel like taste like crap with a weird aftertaste and usually don’t satisfy my cravings.
The only low cal ice cream I’ve had that doesn’t have the weird aftertaste and tastes decent enough to satisfy is simple truth chocolate peanut butter ice cream. The other alternative is getting a yonanas (they have other brands) Get a frozen blend of whatever fruits do 1/3rd part frozen bananas. Melt some peanut butter in a cup maybe 2 tbsp and drizzle on top of the frozen fruit. Ill dust some chocolate protein on top maybe 8g worth. Usually you let the fruit thaw 8-10mins before “blending” with the melted peanut butter it speeds the thaw up. After everything is prepped and mixed together “blend” it and you’re good to go. Clean up is a little messy with the peanut butte though but adds some good flavor. Make a big bowl of this tastes way better than any low cal ice cream and its just 3 basic ingredients you make yourself. Very tasty. |

Well, if we knew what we were doing we wouldn't be trying to lose weight our entire lives.

Did a new hike today that definitely tested my nerves a little. Although not very long, ~4mi, the sheer steepness was riveting. As well, my legs were a little fatigued from my ruck, especially since I added more weight to it. Still, it seems each time I do a hike, and my body feels wrecked, I feel so much better. Dare I say... 'stronger'? It's also a great feeling of accomplishment since many of my colleagues are upwards of 8 years younger than me and don't seem to have the capacity to do what I do.

I was out running errands yesterday and the sign on the A&W says, "any size root beer float $2" . How do you pass that up?
