I highly suspect that you are going to have to bring the car to a Toyota dealer so that they can program it through Techstream. The problem is, they are going to want to sell you a NEW body control module to program. They seem to not like their victims......ahem.......customers bringing them used parts to install/program.

Updateee turns out it wasn’t the bcu it was the fuse box connected to the bcu. I was curious and put the bcu from the car with the new fuse box and turn on perfectly and then put the old fuse box back to the bcu and none of my lights turn on no a/c no p/s etc etc . So i swaped the new fuse box with the bcu and now its working like a charm!!
