Wow~ let's calm down now. I know we have been waiting for answers & this dyno... but that doesn't mean we can go crazy.

Vivid, you need to make a third thread on this. We went through LONG posts enough. If some member want to read this & previous thread, they can search by themselves. We don't need any confusion. We'll be expecting this new thread soon REALLY SOON

Edit:
Denki, FYI Dave have been REALLY patient about this. A lot more than I have been. He's not bias by any means.

you guys gave Chris at Titan a month-long suspension for bumping threads. I figure these guys would get at least a slap on the wrist. (the trolls I mean. Vivid has done no wrong by me here)

yes, why not at least give us ONE dyno run? it would sure go a long way to silencing some of the critics, if your claims are actually legitimate...

Now i am no mod, but....

Everyone: Please calm down, Let them work. (i understand the concerns too, i am also in the market)

Vivid: Proof with claims please.
It may be worthwhile getting your proof certified by putting it on an independants dyno, before and after if you havent already.

See here is my thoughts. I already said I made a mistake. I owned up to it. Next I do not think that feeding the troll is going to make a difference.

Also.... I am working on a ton of data right now. This is not just a cut and paste. Also if one tiny tiny tiny thing is wrong a few people are out to hang us. So since that has been proven. I will post up things when its 100% done.
We have put 3 people to work 15 hours of time over two days to make this happen just in dyno and install time. Not including 100 photos and ton of video. I also have given up my last two days at my desk to make this happen which means I have not made any sales.. I only get paid when I make a sale. And we stayed late as well.

You are never going to please everyone. This is very clear. But what I am going to do is follow thru with what I have said I was going to do. And Blu_ What are you going to do for me if I have done all this work and backed up my claims? Are you going to post a sorry?

I might post a Base and a Final run with EZwoods car But remember people are in here to burn us at the stake. So that slows the info down so its 100% correct.

I might just buy this exhaust as a thank you to Mike for putting up with all of this. I don't care how much power it makes haha.

One wonders if a certain member located in OR isn't in someway connected to a certain shop also in OR and a direct competitor to Vivid.

Or am I just being too cynical?

I've never bought anything from PERRIN or Nameless, nor do I work for them or know them. Although I might buy the Nameless Axle Back cause it looks nice and is a local company... might as well support them if you like the product. Despite being a forum whore I am suprising absent from local clubs and tuners.

I actually wrote a pretty mean post in a PERRIN thread on iwsti a year or two ago. You could probably find it there if you want to. Maybe I'm just a jerk

Mike,
All this drama is because you tried to sell this exhaust by trying to deceive the members here. Your original post with the graph showed false data which seems too good to be true. Your original post made it sound as though one would gain insane amount of power just by installing the exhaust system. There was never a mention of all the other mods that was done to the car. People called you out on it and you just kept giving bits and pieces of information and was very ambiguous about the whole thing. Had you posted all the mods that was done to the car in your original post, you would not be dealing with all this drama now.

The fact is, for some of us, this is not our first rodeo. When I first looked at your dyno slip, I laughed and moved on knowing it was full of crap. I and few others knew that you would not be getting those kind of numbers just with an exhaust. Your numbers are damn near the numbers of the turbo car which is being developed here. For a NA car with no head work, no cams or ECU tuning to get those kind of numbers is completely unrealistic. Every bit of what's happening here you brought on your self.

That said, the trolls that you speak of are the very customers that you will have to rely on to sell your products. So keep insulting them and calling them names. I'm sure they are eager to send their $$ your way.

You may want to calm down a little and maybe even ignore the 'trolls' since all of this is your own fault.

You may have a great product but understand this is a very competitive market. Making these kind of mistakes and giving your business a bad name is probably not the way to go.

When people question your own contradicting posts, that's not picking on you or your business nor are they trolling. They are completely legitimate questions.

Good luck to you and hope you'll be able to clear up all, if not most, of the questions your potential future customer have had in this thread.

There is nothing left to do, but wait.

The old posts are BAD data. They are not something that should be brought up since this is the thread to correct those points and be more transparent.

LOL I defended them instead of agreeing to ban them, yet I don't like them? I understand that you don't know any of the conversations that have gone on outside of these threads but to say that I just have something against Vivid is completely wrong. Hell I've bought minor things from Vivid without problems in the past, they've never screwed me. I've defended Vivid and Mike on here and deleted a TON of negative statements about Vivid.

Sorry I should have been clearer. I meant it seemed like you were losing your patience with them.
