Wouldn't that intake be sucking hot air from the engine bay.. am I missing something here?

why isn't there any good companies making some nice looking intake designs???? god i hate that sound tube!!!

While CAIs are usually more efficient, pretty much every intake company has found that the BRZ/FR-S reacts better to SRIs. The engine/ECU actually prefers hot air, for whatever reason.

Yeah, If i'm not mistaken, this is the first aftermarket intake to do so... I quite like hearing the intake sound in the cab.
