Serpentine Belt
After doing research, I have noticed that Gates belts are no longer manufactured in the USA anymore. They are made in Mexico and the quality of the material they use sucks. I bought a Gates belt and the rubber is hard and stiff (that’s what she said haha). It only lasted a year. I am shocked because gates used to be the sh*t back in the day. All the old guys told me gates is the way to go. I dove deeper into my research and found that Bando is the way to go. I just ordered one; it should be here in a couple of days or so. I have not done testing on the OE Toyota or Subaru serpentine belt. Stay tuned for that in the nearby future. Thanks for reading my post!
