Is it just me, or does the body kit look brighter than the actual car?

I read somewhere that people are having issues with color matching the kit with the car.

Thats no good. Myself personally, I would make them remove it, and demand a refund if they can't get the paint right.

I think it's the lighting/reflections. Because the kit breaks the plane and changes angles it is reflecting light in a different way. Pearls can look drastically different at different angles.

OK Kakarot

The paint was matched. Its just the light. They bought the kit unpainted and then painted and matched at the dealership. Doesn't look unmatched in real life

It's just the way the light is hitting the car. White is REALLY hard color to shoot digitally without blowing out the whites or making things look strange. It's just the nature of the color.

Moto's spoiler matches his car perfectly, but your skirts definitely look a bit off in the photos. The key though is this picture:

If you look at the way the light is hitting the front bumper you can see that the paints look a bit different. It might be a different type of clear coat, or something else that's throwing off the light.

Here is Moto's spoiler:

Here is a black Five-Axis:

The reflections match up. So my guess is that there is a difference either in the pearl or clear coat on your kit that reflect light a bit differently, so it'll be hard to shoot photos of since digital cameras are super sensitive to stuff like this.

Just debadged FR-S logo. Adjusted the clutch via DIY clutch mod, for more comfort and probably better shifting. And cleaned the bugs off the front. Looks like I'll need to fix a few paint chips due to tiny pebbles

Much more easily noticed on white than black.

That White Ranger would look SAF. lol. Can we see a photo of your steering wheel and wheels since you did say "no more scion emblems". I am also wondering how you did them. Good job btw! Keep us updated.
