Stud replacement without removing rear hub?

Rent a slide hammer. There are videos on YouTube that will show you how to do it.
Also try hitting the outside perimeter with a punch/hammer to see if you can break/shock the rust bond up a little.

Air chisel is probably your best bet. Even then be prepared for a fight.

I know a few who tried other methods and waste an entire weekend and never get it off.

Remove the wheel speed sensor before removing the hubs to avoid damaging the sensor. Speaking from experience.

Yes, did remove the speed sensor first.
I did try attacking it with hammer and punch to no effect.
Leaning toward the air chisel solution.
Fortunately the stock lugs are adequate length-wise out back. Added spacers in the front dictated longer lugs there.
Will take another run at them in the spring. Car in hibernation/winter mode currently.
