Polyurethane bushing swap?

Its not terrible day to day, just in the canyons its terrible.

Looks fairly surface level. I've replaced worse looking bushings and been disappointed in the lack of improvement. Hope these come out easier than Honda's do, good luck.

I averaged an ignition coil every other track day before I got hooked on autox.

Yikes... I’m looking into heat shielding the headers. Like aluminum plates with air gaps to try to preserve the coils. Gold foil everything.. 100 a coil is not cheap

Holy shit. I haven’t lost a coil in my car, a 13’. 30+ track days at this point. What is your exhaust setup? I am ceramic coated inside and out, header and front pipe. Hood duct during about half the time.

Totally stock power train and cooling at the time.

95+ degree days getcha. I only lost two fwiw.
