You should really read before you post.

RToyo86 stated that the nipple was stopping him from installing the extended studs in the rear without removing the hub, but that he also accomplished it without removing the rear hub. As I have extended studs to install I'd like to know how he did that as I'd rather not have to remove the hub/undo the axle nut if I don't have to.

Yes.

I cut them off with a Dremel, then wiggled them in.
