I ran into a problem where the AN fitting that's welded to the top of the radiator, when looking at it straight down from the front of the car, is angled about 20 degrees to the left. It's preventing the OEM airbox from sitting where it needs to to install it back in the car. If it had been welded perpendicular to the radiator, I believe there'd be enough clearance for the box to fit right. I don't know if this fitting is just welded incorrectly, or if I'm missing something. What does this fitting look like on other's radiators?
Leaving an update on this situation. JR has sent me a new radiator, claiming the pipe must have bent during shipping. I will be installing the radiator tomorrow and will take some comparison pictures. I'll update here again when I know more.

That's great customer service by JR. Qudos to them. For a heavy street or light track duty this thing works very well

Yeah, I'm very impressed with it so far. Installed it last night, drove home at 2:30am (still in 100 degree heat, thanks AZ), and my oil temps were chillin' at a nice 203F. Before it was have stabilized around 225F. Works wonderfully.

Side note, this isn't mentioned anywhere, nor could I find any instructions or forum posts about it, but I tried to find if the coolant capacity was greater for this tank. The OEM tank is 1 gallon, the JR radiator takes like, ~1.5 gallons.

Did you take any pictures during the install?

Just ran my first event with this installed and I am really impressed with its performance! Previously at Waterford Hills I would hit 255-260 after two hot laps and have to cool down for another lap and a half or so to get it under 240. Yesterday was around 90F ambient and I think the highest temp I actually confirmed was 233. It was sitting at 230 almost every time I looked at it and dropped from there much quicker as soon as I would back off. I was able to get so much more out of my track time running flat out for my entire heats.

I do have one question involving my installation however. I seem to be getting some minor rubbing/melting on the back of my air box against the closer AN fitting. I compared my positioning to a friend at the track who had also just installed the cooler and while the clearance looked to be the same they weren't getting any contact. I'm going to try to reposition the adapter plate and fitting for a little more clearance but I'm not sure how much more I can really get.

If it's just touching the small plastic "reinforcing tabs" you can grind them down a bit.

My clearance is very tight down there, but that's not actually what I was referring to. The contact I'm seeing is at the top of air box against the AN fittings coming off of the sandwich plate.

Just move your upper bracket forward

Simply move your 2 upper radiator brackets forward for an extra half inch of clearance. You will end up putting 1 bolt in each bracket. Move the bracket forward and align the rear bracket hole with the front hole in the support.
I did this to create a little extra room with my turbo setup and the Jackson dual radiator. Here is a crappy pic I just took showing it moved forward and utilizing just 1 bolt.

For some dumb reason the pic is showing upside down.

Ah, I have a 2017 car with the new airbox, it's considerably larger than the older ones and doesn't have that little angle on the corner near the oil filter and cap.

Oh interesting! I hadn't considered this at all, I'll have to look at it.

My update! The new radiator let the airbox fit much better. I'll attach a couple pics of both of them from fairly the same angle. The one installed in the car is the bad one. A good point of reference for the pictures is the fan shroud bolt.

I did not take any pictures. I was focused on getting it done before the next morning!
