Mod Monday!

Gruppe-S UEL arrived, the ceramic coating is just lovely! Also installed a Mishimoto PCV catch can and did an oil change with a new Fumoto valve.

Finally got around to a thorough detail... weather was not cooperating on weekends!

Did the interior last weekend, but today I did:

Wheels off wash to get at the wheel wells
Iron-x Decon
Polished a few oxidized areas and swirls out
Wolfgang Exterior Trim sealant to all plastic
Coat of Soft99 Fusso Coat Dark
Installed paint-matched mudguards (I applied PPF to the inside face beforehand)

This was after getting out for 2 hours of kayaking and getting a nasty sunburn. I'm completely spent and I can tell I will be sore tomorrow, but it sure looks killer!

Have you noticed any vibrations with the project kics hub adapters? I want to buy them, but the “Subaru” version lists a 56mm bore instead of the 56.1mm that we actually have. I’m sure it can’t make too crazy of a difference, but I am paranoid about that kinda stuff

Nope none at all, it's been good so far. Yea that confused me as well when I was buying them, but it seems like just list the whole number instead of putting the ".1 etc" for any of the sizes. It fit just like any other hub ring with no issues.

Month-long ownership updates

Got my 18 BRZ about a month ago, and it wasnt long until I started throwing money at the car like a horny 18 year old soldier, at the strip club, straight out from basic.
Last week after a long wait on parts I ordered, I got a K&N drop filter, Perrin Inlet Hose, Perrin Rear Shifter Bushing (Amazing), Changed LSD/Trans fluids with Motul, Invidia Q300 catback with a HKS double Resonated Frontpipe, and finally got my OFT Stage One tune.

I decided that I can't know that I'm broke if I don't look into my bank account. Do I regret it? Absolutely not. I'm in love with this car.
