Both raise the pedal but I’d say the SRP raises it the most. The SRP’s extension is also closer to the brake pedal. Overall it is a larger unit.

You do have to drill, but you can easily remove the whole accelerator pedal assembly so you can really take your time with it. Same can be said with the no-drill installation of the Cusco.

The Cusco unit has a more gloss finish than the oem pedals so it does look off but nothing even close to a deal breaker. The Cusco also has a rubber sticky pad that its pedal compresses onto, so the rubber actually protrudes through the pedal adding grip. Despite this the Cusco is still the more slippery pedal compared to the semi-rough satin finish on the SRP.

I wear a size 12 shoe and found both comfortable. Essential mod imo.

I like long hard drives, but E85 (or sometimes even 98) can be hard to find in some very small towns in Australia.... so fuel range can sometimes be an issue.

Finished this solution today, that works like a dream.

5mm alloy plate with Rotopax mounts fixed to the rear cross brace.

One simple and secure quick release per tank.

Easily removed when not needed, and can even be doubled up on top of each other for a total of 4 tanks (that would be in an extreme circumstance...).

These are 6.6 litres each ( about 1.75 gal) , which is enough to get out of trouble in terms of range.

I should’ve tried tearing off the pedals before “screwing” as I should’ve said haha.

Did the pedal get damaged at all when you removed it? I noticed it was held on by these thick metal taps so I didn’t try to pry it out.

But when I part my car out (In like 10 years) Id like to trade gas pedals with someone without giving them the whole assembly.

installed new trunk lid/wing/sequential tail lights

So-it turns out the donor car I've been getting upgrade parts for my 2016 Series Hyper Blue, was the Toyko Auto Salon Concept STI BRZ Subaru built for the show. It was parted out and shipped to US after the show w/only 400 miles on it.

I bought the 18" STI gloss black wheels, w/Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, and all 4 Brembo brakes, calipers/rotors/larger backing plates. Swaping out the rears were a pain, as the axle nut, hub/bearing assembly need to come off to remove the smalller OEM backing plate Parking brake assy, shoes, springs, etc need to be dis-assembled, then the Brembo parking brake parts have to be disassembled, then re-assembled on the car w/new larger rotors.
Not too hard but time due to the process.

Now all installed and the brakes feel super! My parts source let me know the trunk w/updated 2017-on wing was available. I love my hyper-blue but the original spoiler/wing bugs me. It's too thick and not as graceful as the updated one. So I've been looking for a 2017 or newer trunk to swap with and will have it painted hyper blue to match.

But after installing it-and the special silver Subaru used for the concept car looks more like raw Stainless Steel than silver paint and I like the two tone look-to my surprise. So for now, I'm leaving it silver-and may paint it later to match car. BTW-wheels, car really dirty-it's been raining a lot here and I'm lazy. Here's some pics.

PS-Also installed from F86 speed factory the sequential tail lights. Super easy install and I like them alot.

New Sequential turn signal tail lights installed below

Here's 2017 STI Concept car my parts came off of-at Toyko Auto Salon
