I’m with Clutch Dog on this one. Muffler delete is a good, cheap option. Maybe you can pick something up used from someone so you don’t have to pay all the extra fees
 I also would consider having an exhaust shop fab something up for you. You can have them just weld a couple pipes and you can get some decent looking tips. Otherwise I’d probably just leave it stock for a while. Just...don’t do this lol I know it’s tempting but you have a nice car man don’t ruin it like that.

Buy a used muffler-deleting axleback for $100 or less. You get what you pay for, but even that's better than creating exhaust leaks.
