I've always had a great experience with stance coilovers, used had them on my S14 and 350z. They ride very smooth and dampening is setup very well they aren't at all some bouncy hellaflush coilover.

The next shipment coming in will have the 7k / 7k setup.

Motion ratio on the FR-S allows for the higher rear spring rates.

Great to see Stance USA broadening their product!

I have had their coilovers on both my former G35 and current E46 M3. I have been nothing but happy with not only the product but their customer service. They are able to give first hand experience with street, grip, and drift setups. From my experience, there aren't many shops that can actually give first hand experience with the cars they cater too. With Stance's R&D and experience, they can provide great information.

I can't wait to see some of these local BRZs and FRS' using the Stance coilovers.

i wonder what other chassis they pulled the shock canister from. As they use threaded bodies, all they had to do was make a new lower adaptor and then just screw on a canister with valving already on the shelf. I would suspect this is the bigger reason they started with 7/5 rates as that is what the damper was valved for? Are they adjusting the valving for the incoming shipment or just tossing in different springs?

Damper casings are made specifically for each vehicle, since suspension travel needs to be accounted for and clearance for other suspension components.
Yes, this was the first set that came in based on Japan's specs.
Valving is key to a properly engineered coilover setup, with also Spring consistency to aid the overall performance of the coilover.
Also - the dampers are threaded to offer independent height adjustment utilizing the brackets, not the spring...

Don't you mean picked from a couple different lengths that are available? If things were made specific to each vehicle you wouldn't need a thread on lower mount.

Raising and lowering the threaded mount is the proper way of lowering the car with out changing the spring preload.

When will these coils be available?
