Congrats! You did a great job with replacing the engine and figuring out the problem.

Thank you! Can't believe it all worked out.

Only trouble now is it idles a bit rough - just wondering if it needs time for all the liquids to circulate around properly. Drives smooth.

So it continues to idle roughly, some lights came on and it went back into "limp" mode, I unplugged the battery and that went away. It's overall very jerky, and vibrating quite a bit. At low RPMs it seems to stutter pretty severely. No codes since. Not sure what's up.

If you're lucky, the engine is just relearning after being unplugged. If that's the case it will straighten up after several miles.

CONGRATULATIONS on YOU learning -

Lol, thanks. I am grateful to actually have swapped it out (was terrified).

Lights back on, which I take as a good thing cause I have something to go off. Either way I think I just need to bring it into a shop so they can plug it in and check all the systems. I'm sure it's in some sort of shock

Codes showing are P0301 P0300 P219A P119F P119E; I think I just need to replace the other 3 coil packs and we'll be in business, I hope.

Those codes are a mix of misfire on cylinder one and airflow and exhaust sensors. Throwing coil packs at it probably is not the answer.
