Storage is a mediocre idea. Put it up on blocks so the tires are fine. Drain all the fluids and fuel. Stabil doesn't last 3 years. Put some storage oil in there.
Better yet, sell it for 15-20k. Whatever you can get. Better yet, take it back to stock. Sell the parts. Sell the car. Somebody would have to be stupid to buy a car with an incomplete tune.
