The Keyfit30 is on my list alongside the Cybex Aton. I only plan on using a car seat in the FRS occasionally, if it doesnt go bye-bye altogether.

Does the base of that sit fit in the 'bucket' or is it sitting on top? We have this seat currently in my wifes Outback (but all black) and we have been looking for options for my BRZ when it gets here next week. If I remember correctly when we bought that seat it was the one with the smallest foot print of what was available.

RECARO Performance SPORT Combination Harness to Booster

Fits perfect, and can extend to full height without hitting the glass. It's the easiest car seat i've used thus far. You could also try the Diono Radian R120 All-In-One Convertible Car Seat. I have this one in the minivan and its seems like it has a smaller base. Supposedly you can fit this model three across.

I have a few car seats...

But this one was MADE FOR BRZ..

It's a perfect fit because of the footprint and the upright angle allows for decent leg room and the most room for your front passenger. (still tight but bearable for short trips.)

Took my wife (5'4") and son (4) for a cruise today and ^^ that seat worked like a charm everyone had space and there where zero complaints. She's already planning next weekends drive.

I have the Cybex Aton 2. Highly recommended. Came across this thread tonight as the wife and I discuss what to do when he outgrows it. She's 5'8" and fits in front of him when he's in the back. It's not comfy, but she's got about as much room in the Breezer as I have in front of him in her Honda Fit (I'm 6'4").

My wife and I tested out a Cybex Aton behind the passenger seat, and it just didn't work out for us as a family car (we had the FRS and 1 beater). Ultimately, we gave up the FRS for a 4Runner. Bitter sweet.

Thanks for the recommendation - just bought one (it's also called Graco Wayz). Agree it fits well. Had to use a rolled towel to fill some of the empty space, but now it's very secure, actually moreso than my in-laws Accord with leather seats. There's almost no slack in any direction. The red on this Graco matches the FRS interior.

If anyone wants to see what this looks like:

I also tested a Cosco Scenara Next and that fits pretty well also (again with a rolled towel to fill some of the empty space). No problems with either baby seat.
