Disclaimer: they sponsor 86CUP so I'm rooting for them.

Where do you even buy Champiros?
Not being snarky, legitimately interested. I can only find 3 online sources and the price spread is kinda wide.

Good question. We get them directly from the manufacturer. Try asking mkt.support2@us.giti.com

I think they will tell you tirecrawler - that's where GT radial pointed me.

I just realized the SX2 is a 200TW tire. Nevermind, not trying to chase tires twice a year!

That's the old rating. It's actually 260 now. Regardless, they're so damn cheap it just doesn't matter. Insane value.

Ah, found a chump.
Yep even using tire racks own comparison tool the PS4 falls short to cheaper tires. If you want to go fan boy out go head. its not my money.

Which tire? Please enlighten me!

For the record, I have never bought a Michelin tire in my life. I don't think the extra cost is worth it, but I can admit they are the benchmark.

Cost should be factored in there. If I spend $50/tire it doesn't take much to make me happy with them. If I spend $300/tire, they have to be better to justify the cost.

I found the gt radials on ebay in the stock size and got them shipped to my door for around $260.

So what's the acceptable tire at $50 a piece? I was going to pick up some AS3's this week, but I would love to be dissuaded. It is hard to determine if that $60 5 star review is an all out 5 star tire, or 5 stars for $60 you spent. Discount Tire has a $78 Barum Bravirus at 4.4 stars on 31 reviews. That's exceptional, unless the 4.4 stars is only because they're $78.

Labor is no problem, I do them myself. Rain is, Eugene gets some of that.

I will add, something available over the counter would be nice. We have the full array of Costco, Goodyear, Les Schwabb, Discount, etc.

Hey man, I just put some Falken Azenis FK510s on my car-- so far they've been amazing.

Outstanding grip in dry and wet, definitely on par with Firehawk Indy 500s or maybe even Pilot Supersports (have Supersports on an Audi S5), but I only paid $140 per tire which is great for 245/35/18s. Completely transformed the car over the stock tire.
