What insurance company are you with? Liberty Mutual? Safeco? Those are the only ones that I know that offer it, but the cost for that coverage shouldn't be nearly as much as what you're getting charged. (I work in insurance and sell Safeco, so I know what it adds.)

Yeah, they can't make you keep the same liability coverage limit on that (since a motorcycle is a different, completely separate policy, even if it's with the same insurance company and linked together for multi-policy discounts), though it's common for them to recommend that you keep your liability coverage limits the same. Realistically speaking, it's difficult to cause that much bodily injury and/or damage to others while driving a motorcycle anyway. But if they MADE you get that, then that's odd, unless you also have an umbrella policy where the underlying limits are a certain amount (i.e. 100/300/100 or higher, though most companies require 250/500/100 or higher). |

I don't believe I have an umbrella policy. From talking to my agent who I have delt with for years recommended
Me to else where as their motorcycle insurance goes thru another company and usually is more expensive . I went and spoke to my buddies agent for state farm and he hooked me up for 40 a month . Being 22 I can't complaint on those prices |

Yeah, that's a very affordable motorcycle policy at that age, particularly if you have full coverage. |

I don't remember what company it was to be honest as this was a while ago when I called around for insurance . It's not full coverage as it is an 05 and the old owner dropped it and cracked the fairing, I'm keeping it for about a year and selling it about 3 -4 of those months prob won't be ridden much due to the 115 degree temps we get here in az and you cook when your stopped lol
