The vast majority of operation cost is tires. Stuff like engines- at least for us common folk, won't be that big per hour because they last so long. For an OEM engine you should be able to run it a long time and refresh with new bearings everyone in a while on most engines.
Brakes can be expensive too. Then you have fuel and oil and etc

$1600 tires are good for about 8 hours (at most- even that is pushing it and I'm running 18s instead of factory size. That's $200/hr - probably more because 8 hours is a lot of time for a set of tires on a car likethe c7)
$1200 for front rotors and pads all around that lasts about 12 hours. That's $100/hr
Fuel is about $50/hr
Oil change, brake fluid, trans fluid, rear diff fluid, etc is the rest.

Tires are what carries the most. The c7 will use far more expensive tires and eat them up faster. Brakes are also variable which is why you hear everyone telling you about how a bbk will save you money. Not having $350/each rotors helps. Not putting a ton of heat into them from massive grip, weight and power also helps.
